PROBLEMS!!

So here's the thing: last night I watched the Billboard Awards online and I had a wrong link. So while I was watching the show my notebook started to freak out! I simply restarted it but now there is this weird blue screen for the past 12 hours! Does anybody know what I have to do cuz I'm totally freaking out!!
And no computer means no news! I'm working on it but please be patient with new posts or let me now what I should do!
